IMPERIAL ENERGY DELIVERED A PRESENTATION ON NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR EXPLOITATION OF HARD-TO-RECOVER RESERVES

On June 4, 2015 a delegation of Imperial Energy Group visited the 16th specialized exhibition-congress “Oil. Gas. Geology – 2015” which was a part of 11th Siberian forum of subsoil users and enterprises of Fuel & Energy Complex, arranged by Tomsk Administration.

Our group of companies, represented by O.V. Novikov, Head of Fields Development Department and   Neeraj Kumar, Chief Advisor for Oil & Gas Fields Development made a report regarding adoption of new technologies on exploitation of hard-to-recover reserves in Imperial Energy during round-table discussions on “Challenges, perspectives and experience on prospecting, exploration and production of hard-to-recover hydrocarbons.”

Participants of the meeting highlighted the details and status of adoption of pilot project on new technologies at Snezhnoye field, specifying   features of Bazhenov suite and Naunak suite and also explaining design and parameters of wells drilled as per new technologies. It generated a lot of inquisitiveness and discussion among the participants.

Specialists of Imperial Energy actively participated in final meeting of subsoil users, where challenges and perspectives of exploration and production of hard-to-recover hydrocarbons in the territory of Tomsk region were discussed.
