A congratulatory message on the occasion of Imperial Energy's 10th Anniversary from the Governor of the Tomsk region , Mr. S.A. Zhvachkin
Dear Mr. Karataev,
I would like to congratulate you and all the employees of Imperial Energy with the 10th Anniversary of your activities in Tomsk region.
Throughout these past years the Company has occupied an honorable place among Tomsk subsoil users and has made a significant contribution into development of our oilfields, geological subsoil studies and replenishment of mineral and resource base of the region.
You are inducing new technologies in research and production of hard-to-recover reserves of raw hydrocarbons, you are making vast investments into construction of infrastructure, you are engaged in development of human capital and you treat Region’s environment with care.
A Company’s success is closely related to cooperation with Research & Development establishments. You are implementing joint projects with Tomsk State University and Tomsk Polytechnic University; you preserve and multiply good traditions of Tomsk subsoil users.
I highly appreciate your social policy, thanks to which we were able to solve many problems of people living at the North of the region and improve their social conditions.
I wish you all strong health, success in your cause and new full-fledged projects for the good of the industry and the Tomsk region!
